Will my insurance cover hail repair?
Yes. Hail damage falls under the comprehensive (Other Than Collision) part of your auto policy, not collision. We file the claim, send the photos and paperwork, and deal with the adjuster from start to finish so you do not have to.
What does $0 out of pocket actually mean?
We put up to $1,000 toward your insurance deductible on any carrier. For most Lubbock drivers that covers the entire deductible, so the repair costs you nothing. If your deductible is higher than $1,000, you only pay the difference.
Do I have to use the shop my insurance company recommends?
No. Texas law gives you the right to choose your own repair shop. Your insurer can suggest one, but they cannot require it. We work with every carrier, including State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, Allstate, USAA and Farmers.
How does the free loaner work?
We keep a fleet of 20 loaner vehicles. Once your repair is booked we deliver one to your home or work, you drive it for the whole repair, and we swap it back when your car is detailed and ready.
Will paintless dent repair hurt my factory paint?
No. Paintless dent repair works the metal back into shape from behind the panel. There is no sanding, filler or repaint, so your factory paint and clearcoat stay exactly as they were. That is why we can back it with a lifetime warranty.
What if the hail was too severe for paintless repair?
Sometimes a hood or roof is beyond saving or the paint has cracked. We have a full in-house paint booth for exactly that, with panel replacement and OEM color blending done under the same roof, still $0 out of pocket on the claim.
What is ADAS calibration and do I need it?
Advanced driver-assistance cameras and radar sensors (lane keep, adaptive cruise, automatic braking) can need recalibration after roof, windshield-area or bumper work. Most shops send that out. We calibrate in-house, the same visit, and document it.
How long does hail repair take?
It depends on how many dents there are and whether any panels need paint. We give you a timeline at the free inspection, and you drive a free loaner the entire time, so the wait costs you nothing.
